Return policy

It is so important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a full refund or store credit to any returns only if the item/s is returned within the 30 days from delivery. This applies if:

  • Issue with sizing
  • Faulty item
  • Or, if you have simply changed your mind.

 

Please note: that due to safe hygiene practices, we can not accept any returns on socks and headwear accessories. Exceptions can be made should the product was received faulty or in any unsatisfactory condition.

During the Christmas period returns can be made within 60 days of the package purchase date. 

Disclaimer: Return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. 

 

Please be advised that your return and/or exchange is to undergo a quality control analysis via our returns team, they must comply that: 

  • Items purchased at full price can be returned for a Refund or Store Credit or Exchanges
  • A partial return from a bundle deal for a Refund or Store Credit will remove the original discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match that.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges 
  • If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Refund, Credit or Exchange, at our discretion.
  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery date
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

 

Cherish Collective™ reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Cherish Collective™.

 

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER? 

DOMESTIC (AUS)

All return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $8.95 and is couriered via Australia Post. These costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. 

All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.

Returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse.

 

STORE CREDITS

A Cherish Collective™ store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 12 months.
