All orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays. The ETA's below are shipping times from when your order has been dispatched.

*Same Day and Twilight Delivers and only available to select NSW areas. Enter your postcode at checkout to check availability. Authority to leave service are only available to residential & business addresses. PO Boxes and Parcel Locker addresses will be returned to sender. If driver is not able to gain access to leave in a safe place, delivery will be reattempted the next business day. If business address is closed at point of delivery parcel will be returned to sender. Not available on weekends, public holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. 

^ We use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network such as Australian capital cities, major metro areas & Perth CBD. See if your postcode is eligible HERE. For other WA & NT areas, express delivery can take up to 3 business days.

All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the given address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

 

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Cherish Collective™ is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. We appreciate your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.


Please note, Cherish Collective™ is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

 

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of Cherish Collective™’s control. 

 

Cherish Collective™ are not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.

 

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
